ZGemma H2 'timeout for tuner lock'

Hi... Can anyone plz help. Got a new zgemma h2 box. Running latest Vix image. Set up cable tuner, put net id in & symbol rate. The service scan finds all the channels. When I do an ABM tuner scan all I get is 'timeout for tuner lock'. Also tried Open atx. Been on with this for about 3 days now!!! Might have to get a dish & sack the cable off................

Usually means no signal on tuner 2, if using only one tuner disable the other in settings to avoid this error.
