Flashing
.Get yourself a USB Stick and format with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool, format as Fat32. A quick format should be good enough. If not use HDD LLF tool, then quick format with windows on Fat32.
a. Copy contents of rar to the root of the usb. All that should be on USB is zgemma\h3, then 4 files in the h3 folder.
.Ensure box is turned off using the switch on the rear of the unit and plug in USB at the rear.
.Turn switch on - You will see either FLSH which means its flashing. If it says USB press the silver power button and it will turn to FLSH and start flashing. This only takes a couple of minutes.
.Your know its finished flashing when it boots up to a channel probably BBC One?
