We went through this last night,The fact there is nothing on the tv screen and no ip address showing in your router suggests it is the psu to the box. You mentioned you had another one knocking about ??

You don't need to order a psu from zgemma, thetes hundreds of them available on fleabay, try 5amp.
You may even have something in the house, 12v supplies power lots of things, routers, consoles etc, have a look around.
Once it boots up you can flash it
