Zgemma H2H losing paid channels

Ok so im pretty inexperienced with flashing boxes etc, only ever done 2 and neither of them belong to me so i only ever see them when they need sorting lol.

When i first did the box 18 months ago i flashed with the openvix image provided by supplier, entered a cline and after a few teething problems it worked. Same with the second box.
The first box ran smoothly till end of the sub and then the provider changed it to an nline instead, i set that up and got it running and gave it back to the friend. All was good for a few weeks until he turned it on one day and only had FTA channels.

I had the box back, tried restarting the mgcam but that did nothing.
re entered the line and still nothing.
Flashed the box again with the openvix image i still had and nothing worked. I got a another new line off the provider.
Tried flashing with wooshbuild but not even the fta channels would show so i just went back to the openvix image and after messing about for a while i got the channels back.
I put the box on standby and left it overnight but the next morning when i checked the box again the channels were blocked again. At that point i just turned the box off and gave myself a day to calm down. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Just wondering before i go asking for a test line is it worth mentioning that both nlines i tried were to different servers but they ended up cutting off in the same way.

I would just ask for a test line, don't make life complicated.
If it works, you know there's a problem with the other line.
If it doesn't, retrieve the line from the box and try flashing something else from the download section.

im having the same issue with my m8s box in Northhampton epg showing but all channels blank even free view a scan shows no channels auto bouqets finds channels and loads up bouqets with epg i dont think its the box

If lines to different servers have cut off in this way this points towards a connection issue, either the splitter has packed in (they don't last forever - I've had half a dozen in 8 years) or there's a dodgy connector on the VM coax

people are missing the obvious thing to do first, have you run a network test-no- why not?
all my boxes had no channels and found with power cut they were all on.
network test done-not all green so restarted network on box and picture returns
same on other box and on one had to restart because client mode was not working.
people need to know the basics of how a box works as i started with a notebook of fixes to do first before looking for a line.

I was working on the theory that if it didn't work at the friends house either then probably not a network issue.
Reading over it again, I see that it worked until powered on next day and then it didn't.
Maybe worth trying a new mg_cfg if the network tests out okay?
