I have a Zgemma h2h box with IPTV shows all channels ok except the FHD CHANNELS where I get sound but no picture I was wondering if it’s my box and can I update it or do I have to buy another box as I have had this for a while and maybe running on old software using wooshbuild flash

That box isn't capable of showing fhd/4k videos because the processor isn't up to it, you'd need a 4k compliant E2 box like H7 or H9 etc or any Android device.
There's no update you can apply, the hardware itself is outdated.
If it's just a few channels, I personally wouldn't bother.
