Hi, I'm new to the site so hope im posting in the right place.
My other half bought a Zgemma H2S about 6 months ago and it's been working perfectly up until the last few days. For some reason the box has started to crash and reboot itself. Our Tsmedia has always worked but since the last crash it no longer works and all we get is the message Error, Addon error, no data returned, press info button for details. I've tried rebooting a few times but no joy. Can anyone help me PLEASE? I will add we didn't have to flash the box or anything when it arrived as it was already done for us.
