Hi could someone help me I can't get plugin extensions it says please wait but nothing comes up.also how do you do a backup to put on your USB stick.

If your on OpenVix it wont work from there you have to find them online then move them to your zgemma manualy. The easest way would be to move to ATV & install Wooshbuild its easy to backup via that & also have IPTV as a standard setup.
