He has Kerni skin then it goes to kitte888 skins, if they're in alphabetical order then the kdac ones aren't there

They should be available on atv 7.1 unless they don't use oe alliance anymore

If it is not in the list of installable skins, you may have installed it already. Do the opposite to check:
Menu, Plugins, red (instead of green), skins. Just see, do not uninstall.

Checked not there just the 3 I've downloaded after the metrix atv it's just the weather plugin

I've just flashed atv7.1 and skins are in downloads,plugins,skins.
Have you already downloaded them and are in menu,setup.usage&gui,skin setup.

ok so you have you found another opanatv 7.1 image which is someones backup and not original clean image ?

Try installing by command line. Please post back the output.

ok so you have you found another opanatv 7.1 image which is someones backup and not original clean image ?

Should of used the one i linked to off OpeATVs site.

I have just flashed 7.1 again too. It is definitely there for me. Please try to install be command line as above.

According to post #28 he has the 06/01/2023 release of atv 7.1 installed

Agreed.
The command line output will show any errors. And also if the opkg files have changed and his box is checking a different site instead of the openatv feeds
