zGemma H5.2S Widows Explorer access issue

I have tried to access my zGemma H5.2S as I did previously on the zGemma H.2S but have had a restricted access on the remote device it says.

I'm able to ping the address on the network and also I can log into the root file through Filezilla but no luck with Windows Explorer. Do I now need to open a port or any suggestions for a solution?
