Zgemma H5.2TC Glitching

Oops Posted previously in the wrong place

I have Zgemma H5.2TC that is constantly glitching and freezing even on the FTA channels BBC1 ,2 etc, is this solely down to a bad line or is it a possible setup issue?
I am running Ipabtv image, running cccam2.3.0 with a cable line on cam 1 only
Everything else seems to be fine, Bouquettes update ok etc.
Is it worth deleting the newcamd.list and other cam files that are not being used?
Any advice welcome and appreciated

On cable? and is it the normal versions of 1-5 that's doing it?

Also is the picture freezing or is it pixellation / distortion on the screen as there's a difference.

If you're having issues with BBC One to Channel 5 (basically channels 1-5), then it must be your cable. As these are free channels that do not require any gift/line to be watched.

The picture freezes for 4-5 seconds sometimes longer, pixelates then comes back

Does sound like a signal issue then rather than a server issue ... Are you sure you have the correct NET ID for your area?

Also, how have you got your cabling set up?

Hi I have the correct net id for my area, I have a splitter on the line one of which goes to my cable modem and the other to my box

Try this, connect your cable line that's coming from Vermin straight to your box. Use a "F type coupler". Now see if BBC One works.

Good idea, I will give this a go first thing tomorrow as its a bit late to start puling cables out the back of the tv etc

If you've set it up correctly with the right firmware and are using quality cables and splitter with the correct net id then the next thing i'd try is checking power levels in the router.

After trying everything else I asked for a test line in the relevant section.
I am delighted to say all is now good. Thanks for the suggestions guys

Hi guys. I have the h5.2tc and have a problem with the picture freezing at roughly the same time every morning. When i turn my TV on when I get in from work it is still frozen. So basically all day it frozen until I change channel. Will this be the box that has a problem or my cable line. Cheers for any info

Do you not put the box into standby while you're at work?
