Zgemma h5 access denied

Hi guys I bought a zgemma h5 of a guy who said there is a few months left of sub on it, it's flashed with woosh build infinity but gives me the following screen when I boot.....
Any help would be great thx

Have you pressed the blue button to validate?
Did he give you the username and password?

Naw it just says contact admin when I click that button and naw he didn't get the user or pass I'm just trying to fix it for him

I don't know to be honest, I was just throwing the idea out there.
Seems strange that it works fine at one house but not another.
