WilloBuild Zgemma h7s + willobuild problems

Hi can anyone help? I'm running Willowbuild 6.0 on my zgemma h7s and can't get iptv up and running (it was working great for months but I suddenly lost bouquets, tried updating and lost all). When I run my provider's script then reboot, the bouquet maker plugin I need isn't there. Is it an issue with the providers script maybe?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Could be a python 3 issue with that plugin,
best wait for the experts to answer.
have you tried jedi?

Yeah Jedi is there and I did try it but didn't work. Says 'server not responding' 🙄

In jedi double check spelling of user,password etc..
if you still get server error you need to contact your provider
