ZGEMMA H9.2S ATV 6.2 NO AC3 SOUND

Hi all,
Just to let you know at the start this is my first box ever and it is all new to me. My problem is that on channels with AC3 sound format there is no sound and it is the only available format - I cannot change it to MPEG. I reset box to factory settings, reinstall all my plugins and still the same. Any ideas how to fix it ? My box is ZGEMMA H9.2S ATV 6.2.

By sound issue is it sat cable iptv give a little more detail is it all or selected channels

If it was cable was there not a change in audio settings which might need an updated image 6 . 3 ?

Only selected channels all HD with AC3 sound format. Other channels work perfect no issues. I tried different HDMI cables and ports on TV( box connected through HDMI).

Sorry for being silly it's all new to me. Where do I get 6.3 from and how to update it on my box ?

Its a newer image from atv,if using any lines from a provider they will need to be saved first on laptop or pc to be sent back later

On here openATV Nightly Downloads I can only see 6.2 version

Thanks a lot for your help. ATV 6.3 flash sorted the problem out. All working fine now. Thanks again.
