Hi l change my box from h2h yo zgemma h9 combo 4k..but the sound is very low on it i have to up the volume up to 100 to hear any help please. Openatv 6.3..I forgot it link up to sound bar it work ok on tv speaker but not sound bar never had problems before I change leads and port awell

Try another source with the TV
Eg playstation or firestick, is the sound ok using these?
If it's low with these, someone may have lowered the tv volume, solution : turn the telly up

Sounds like its a tv issue not the box if its doing the same with other devices to

No sound working on xbox

Ok so why are you blaming the image on the Zgemma when there's a sound issue with the TV?
Use the tv remote and put tv volume on 99 then use Zgemma remote to get it to an acceptable level

Sorts now lads I had old abm 3.0 on it I change to 3.1 and now working fine..thanks for you help..
