Zgemma H9 Combo. Not Showing Next To Channel Name Whats Coming On.

Can someone kindly let me know why doesn't it show next to the channel name what programme is on. It's just blank next to each and every channel name. If its something to do with settings please guide me and I can follow and do so I can get this working. Many Thanks in advance.

Have you tried pressing left and right keys on remote it should then populate.

I might be thinking epg may not be setup on box hence no name of program showing.

Not sure what users in UK use is it epg refresh?

cactkid , I did not really look a the picture posted (could not be bothered to lie on my side to see it 😆 ) I thought he had epg for actuall channel but not what was on next but he has no epg. So probably not set up epg importer or there is no for the actuall bouquets from iptv provider or rytec.

Ahh i saw virgin and thought cable he was using so more like an issue with iptv settings/scripts

The virgin cable sorted. Just the sky now that's showing none program next to the channel name. Any idea guys kindly let me know.
