Zgemma H9 Twin FTA Issues

Hi all,

I have had a zgemma h9 twin for a while now no issues with fta channels, now all of a sudden FTA channels are working for like 5 seconds and then freeze, when they freeze to switch to other FTA channels but just get a black screen, check cables no issues, swapped cables didn’t solve problem any help would be massively appreciated!
 
Have you a lock indicator in signal finder
With those frequencies Blue button signal
Finder a green tick indicates lock on the transponder
 
No lock indicator on the transponder
Have you clear line of sight no trees blocking out the signal
Satellite dish out of alignment
Bad weather conditions
 
Have you tried automatic scan off the transponder To check how many channels you are recieving
 
Not sure if there tuner issues with this box i had the same problem checked all the cables and dish alignment no problems found rebooted the box all was fine again
 
Hi all, tried to reboot box and it didn’t make any difference, also did the abm scan and got a message saying failed to tune on tuner b..
 
It is a process of elimination. No magic answer

Check F-plugs for shorts.
Try a different PSU.
Try your box at a different place (ensure it is not a sky Q/wideband LNB)
Try someone else's box at your place.
