hi all i have a zgemma h92s currently stuck on reset i have open ate logo on tv red light on box remote does nothing can't do anything please help

You will need to reflash it if you've factory reset it.

Its in loop mode

Have you tried to flash by command line? Issue an "init 4" command to stop it bootlooping. You must have a storage device connected for that to work.
