Zgemma H9S and H9H - cannot record

Evening all - have tried on both of my h9 boxes to record from iptv (i dont have a sat/cable feed) and each time i cannot get the recording to work.

Always the same thing happens. I press record, i get a "Start Recording" box with the 3 options, but none of them work.

All i get is a spinning icon in the top left, nothing happens.

I then have to reboot the boxes. Am running OpenATV6.3, latest wooshbuild (but i did an install with just open ATV on it and that didnt work either).

I have tried a 32GB usb 3 stick (sandisk), a 64GB usb 2 stick (sandisk), a 500GB USB3 external drive, a 32GB MicroSD card, same thing.

I have a multiroom sub and have turned the other box off incase it was my provider blocking it, but there's 2 connections available.

Anyone have any ideas?
 
That would be your best bet.
If he's sold you a multiroom sub you should be able to record.
If he's charged you for one but provided a single use line you should ask for a refund or partial refund
 
Its definatly a multiroom sub. I know because i have 2 boxes, and can watch both at the same time.

Plus, i can see the sub in Jedimaker and its showing as 2.

I cant even record if i press record on the channel im watching :(
