Zgemma h9s FTA HD channels not loading

I have just purchased the zgemma h9s, tried openvix, openatv and OpenPli and all give same issue.
BBC1 HD thru to ITV HD channels will not load but give garbled sound. All other channels load no issue, suggestions?

My old zgemma star h2s works fine with fta hd channels, so I assume it’s a codec or system issue with the h9s

Have you tried rescanning the channels with abm.

Go to autoboubouquetsmaker in setting and select delete bouquets, then in autoboubouquetsmaker select start scan

Ah yes already did that sorry didn’t link abm comment. Tried that a number of times still no picture and garbled sound. Channel 4Hd is fine some others are but not bbc1,2 etc and ITV HD. Very odd.
