Zgemma H9S SE, FTA and IPTV stopped working

my Zgemma's channels just disappeared this morning and I have tried to restore the software but to no avail.
Can someone please help me out?

I have rescanned and got 0 channels. I am using ALL4ONE for IPTV

The remote is working, I can do everything that I used to do with remote but nothing is showing

or maybe configuration for my FTA turner configuration is wrong

Check your providers emails/messages, they may be having difficulties.

It has been confirmed that there is a problem with my provider's server but I don't understand why FTA channels are not working.
With tv remote, I can see the program but not showing or working.
How can I resolve this?

Do you have a rooftop aerial or a satellite dish for free channels?

Is there internet connection to the box?
Have you powered off the box at the socket and rebooted it?
