Zgemma HS2 SD picture quality

Hi Everyone,

Apologies, but I am new to all of this, I have tried a few suggestions from the forum but no success yet.

I purchased 2 zgemma boxes and both of them stated "crystal clear picture" due to upscaling, now I am not expecting a HD quality picture that I had with my previous TV provider... but it is quite fuzzy.. my TV is a Samsung UE 55K5500 (i think?) and the second TV is a tecknika (i think). Does anyone have any suggestions? It briefly flashes up about what the picture is being upscaled to and I think it says 571, it only shows sometimes and disappears before I get a chance to read it all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked the mode in Menu > Setup > Video > Basic Settings?

Thanks for the reply, the only option i have is Menu>system>setup>A/V Settings

Is there somewhere else I should be looking?

The box stayed up long enough for me to see this time, and it is only showing in the 571

you should be able to change the settings with the left/right buttons

I have, but doesn't seem to upscale, have selected HDMI, Mode is at 1080i and have saved.

If both boxes are the same on different TV's and changing the video settings doesn't work I would think it's a problem with the build.
I would be inclined to flash a different build on one of them to see if it's that. (if they came with a line/gift back it up first).
