Zgemma i55 recording

Hi all
Have a Zgemma i55 plus and used to be able to record on it now it won't let me any assit would be appreciated
 
Do you have multiroom sub? Are you using service app at all does your provider support recording
 
Your provider may have stopped recording as 99% if time you need multiroom to be able to record as with single connections boxes/devices just lock up most of time
