Zgemma i55plus Crashing

Hi Guys hopefully someone can help

I have a Zgemma i55plus running OpenATV and it keeps crashing, initially happened when I was updating the software turned the box off and on again but stuck on boot.

I reflashed the firmware but same thing occurs also when the box is in standby for a period of time it won’t power on without turning off and on again.

The box seems to crash when in use for a while. Any ideas as it’s driving me mad. TIA

The screen you posted looks like a hardware error to me.

Yeah if it crashes that’s what screen I see I’ve had the odd blue screen but box reboots and it’s fine but this was before I had these issues. I’m thinking hardware too only had the box 2 months, I have contacted the place I purchased from and they want it back to test and if no fault found with hardware they want £10 to send back to me so I’m trying other things 1st.

Gonna try going back to OpenATV 6.3 as this was the version that came installed when I purchased
