Zgemma: lost most of my channels over night

Hi all,

I woke up this morning to have lost all my premium channels on my Zgemma h2s, as well as that all other channels number have shifted, example: bbc one had which was on channel 101 is now ok channels 141. This was all working perfectly when I want to bed.

The box is running openatv and I had chab's sky q skin on it.

Any ideas folks?

Have you tried re-flashing your box with Wooshbuild and then reloading your line again, it could be quicker than trying to figure out whats gone on :) Also if you channels have stopped and after a re-flash then look at your line, email your provider to ask them if the line is OK.

Sky moved the channels around. this happened a few weeks ago, no idea why you are only just noticing it. Just upgrade to Whooshbuild 4. it will fix everything.
