Zgenna H2S remote not working

Hi looking help. My remote for my zgemma h2s has stopped working. In order to get it going again i need to turn the box off and on and at that it may only work again for a few minutes. After that a couple of the buttons work but i can't access tv guide etc. Im on wooshbuild. Anyone else had this problem?

Yes first thing i done but still the same

Buy a new remote or see if you can borrow a zgemma remote for h2s or i55 see it its a problem with box or remote

This can happen on occasions as I've had this myself. Try rebooting router and box again.

Yeah tried with a different remote but still the same issues

If your comfortable doing this, try updating the software maybe there was a bug?

So it’s the box may be image related or dry solder joints on the infrared sensor behind the front panel
Reflash your box but take a note of all important info before hand

Did anyone find a fix for this I have the same issue on my h2h my remote doesn’t work I have 2 boxes the remote works fine on the other box was thinking to fe flash but I’m sure I would need the remote to enter details
