openbox updated channel list **fixed** 17/06/15

You could try this but the channels will be in a different place, but can be linked. Hopefully this will work for you'

Menu > installation > TP list. Scroll to 11934V. Press OK. Press OK again to scan.

When the scan has finished, the new sky movie channels will be at the end of the "all" channels list.

It's possible to replace the old movie channels with the new ones using the "channel edit" & "favourites edit" menus, but it's a lot of messing around.
 
Anyone else having trouble since these latest lists I have uploaded this one and robinhoods and I have no sky sports 1 and no sky 1 I'm using skybox f5 and living in Ireland if any difference? Edit should have put I can see them but they still scrambled with both above lists!

hi ive tried updating using the link one oage 1 and cwaites new list im downloading it too mylap top under files then sending it to usb when I plug it in box and upgrade when I press info after it saying no file can anybody help please
 
Help please, ive deleated the channels, re installed and all i can get is showcase. i did a tp search yesterday and its all messed up now, what have i done and how can i fix it???
 
hi there im just new to the site,sorry for any silly questions. i have 3 v8s boxes that i had installed last updates before today onto and they were running perfectly. i was on aj site,downloaded a channel list from there,put it on a usb stick,done everything correctly,yet all channels are scrambled? has anyone any ideas on what this could be? i can only see fta channels on every box. one of which was an early fathers day gift for my father and he hasn't got using it yet. any help would be appreciated. thanks guys
 
Here is a simple way to get ALL your channels wherever you may be just found this site and THEY ALL WORK!!!

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE NEW TO THIS FOLLOW ALL THE STEPS ONE BY ONE
I CANNOT MAKE IT ANY SIMPLER AND YOU WILL REACH YOUR :Goal:lollollol
  1. Download the latest Channel List Click on link here :here:TP_Prog.dbs file
  2. Copy this file onto a USB stick, do not rename this file.
  3. Insert USB stick into the rear of the receiver.
  4. Press menu, using left to right arrows locate the option to delete all. confirm any prompts.
  5. Press menu, using left to right arrows locate the option to upgrade by USB.
  6. In the upgrade mode box select 'misc files' and press ok
  7. Press down arrow and highlight select and upgrade.
  8. Highlight TP_Prog and press green button (a tick should appear)
  9. Press the yellow button. Update should commence.

  1. Once completed press exit 4 times. The receiver should now reset, if it doesn't then power down for 10 secs by unplugging from mains.

Hi robin i have tried this and keep getting scrambled or invalid programme please search again, movies sports kids documentaries everything i can only get fta channels. Everything's scrambled but was fine until I updated.

It does work I can assure you as i have tested and tested and tested as people are saying this isnt and that isnt and yet its fine on ALL 3 of my boxes and my Mums in Ireland as currently doing a v8s so I don't understand where is falling down for some!! :bang head:

and followed ALL the steps?? I know it sounds foolish but I'm just trying to see where people are falling down as my boxes are perfect ALL channels are working no glitches

Im at a complete loss mate im in Belfast Northern Ireland and have done all you said above and all 3 of my boxes are each saying 'scrambled. I could happily bang my head against a wall

All 3 v8s boxes are 3511hd 07 12 2014 0923 software? Im not tech savvy with these things mate know how to do the channel updates just. If firmware needs updated, does that wipe my subscription details or whatever its called? I have a years subscription with the server provider on all 3 boxes.
 
If you are getting Scrambled channels apart from FTA just click on
MENU
NETWORK LOCAL SETTING
THEN CLICK ON Camds Setup (if Camds Setup is not visible press 6666 on remote to bring it up)
CCam Client Setup
Manage Config Files
Press OK on remote on No 1 CCam.cfg
And see if your server is online or offline DO NOT ALTER ANYTHING JUST EXIT

My movies channels disappered lastnight i wonder why? Anyways i'll try this and see if it works as all the other channels seem to be working fine. Anyone else having this problem?

can we use th same xmltv abs files to view the epg for the week after the update?
