won't connect to tv?

when i put my zgemma star 2s into my tv, nothing shows up, i have no change in screen nothing connects.

i have a power lead
hdmi
usb pen
and co axle cables from my existing sky box.


any obvious problems?

So nothing appears on the TV? What about on the front display of the box? Do you have numbers counting up to 100? You could try a different HDMI cable.

it says flsh as it should then changes to boot. it stays on boot for hours. i have also tried 2 different usb pens

i am completely stuck.

Its a flash problem nothing to do with tv. I had problems with usb sticks and stuck on boot so I tried some suggestions on here. I found that Panasonic sd formatter works everytime. i use V2.0 but there is newer versions. looh here SD/SDHC/SDXC Memory Card Formatting Software | Download | SD Memory Card | Digital AV | Consumer Products | Support | Panasonic Global
Its up to 4.0 now but should work just as well

Als try a different Version of software . I use Ipab.tv 1.3

I'm trying to do this from my girlfriends mac, and its making this 10x harder to do than it should be. even trying to run the programme above is proving difficult. ill get a lend of my mums laptop and see what i can do then from a windows.

excellent pointers guys and i am pleased to say its now working. ( i still need to add the gift) it was a usb and flash problem as stated above. using a mac it kept reformatting the usb pens to what the mac wanted fat16 IIRC but suing a windows computer saved the day!
