24 month gift

I have a v5s with 24 month gift worked fine for 13months Now all the Channel are scrambled server says offline login .. I have contacted the seller but all he says is all fine his end. My ethernet cable is perfect 20 Meg Internet. The box is connected to Internet.. Does anyone have any ideas to what going on thanks

Try a testline and see if your provider is saying is right.

V5s openbox .. What does the test line do . Check my box is working ?

It will give you all your scrambled channels back working for 24hrs. The testline is active so if the testline works on your box you know your provider is not telling you the truth about your 24 month line.
