I have spoke to someone who used the same person I did and all was good..

No reply from the guy though

Over and over.. reflashed everything. I have two boxes waiting.
 
i used the starview support request thing but i paid by debit card not paypal it was the 6month gift card support which redirected me to world tour destinations misc payments . which i thought was a bit dodgey.
 
same here i pay for sub friday morning and still not on!!!.Emailed the apparent "starview team" and there reply has been they have had a bottle neck on the system and all boxes should be on tomorrrow.Let wait and see hey.
 
Email who ever you paid the Sub to, thats what your suppose to be paying for "support"

No point complaining here, TK is in no way associated with the SV support and members do and buy at there own risk.

We let members post the info to keep people informed.

Yeah and was only wanting informed if anyone else had the same issue.

and pornzar you got your info other people are in the same boat, still email who you've paid your sub to for support and see if you get same answer as turtle instead of posts of how you feel raped.

I have contacted the "starview team" and the box's won't be on till tomorrow.There reply was they have had to replace a part on their end of things.?:whistling:Apparently we will all be smiling tomorrow.
 
I wish one of there members woukd elaborate exactly what the problem is. All this info lies in a server and if there is a problem with it why is everyone not suffering.. I think were being fed alot of crap.
 
Well you should be asking on the forum that owns the sub you pay thru, this is not a answering service for Starview.
