A780 last used xmas 2014

Hi all...not been here for a long time...been on kodi etc but im seeing threads suggesting the 780is still usable ?. I can kind of make out whats gone on and always thought it would go this way...
is it the case its still usable.
can someone help me with a pm pls so i can see if i can get mine running and extra details that cant be divulged here?.

try downloads for new file,same setup for flashing as when box bought first.

box now has to use a paid cable server for it to work,or update to a better box like edison cable box and get back hd viewing..
