A850 still valid?

Hi,
Got the chance of getting an a850Hd, used a 780 before it all went down.
Just wondered if it is worth the outlay.
Any advice appreciated.

Around £300, but if it lasts a couple of years its paid for itself.
Just concerned with the coverage/support, which seems patchy at best.

bit expensive for a second hand 1 m8 they were only 250 brand new but like you say if and its a big IF @ present you do get a couple of yrs out of it then you maybe doin ok as you cant buy these boxes anymore by the way ive had my old 780 for nealy 10 yr good luck m8

Its a new one, but if as you say they have now stopped production then the whole service will wind up through lack of cash from buyers.
Hmmm, guess I'll toss a coin..hehe.

Decent single tuner cable box, approx £90, subs approx £80 per year.

New box plus 3 years subs approx = KV850 with all your eggs in one basket again lol
