Hello, at present I have a Zgemma H.2s, the build on it is Vix. I want to install the new wooshbuild. Do I have to do a factory reset, before I install the wooshbuild?.

Never ever do a factory reset on these boxes as they will not boot after requiring a full reflash anyway
All you really need to do is make sure you have your line file backed up safe as flashing will wipe everything on your box.
