are some channels down on virgin? golf channel work and only few movies

Is your box setup to run a scan for channel movement in the early morning if yes ok might be provider issue but check vm for issues
1-5 working?

golf working here, someone else had an issue with golf recently, they updated autobouquetsmaker to version 3 and that fixed the issue.

update config wont work if you're on abm lower than 3.

Yes, uninstall abm 2.9 or whatever you have installed via the removable plugin list and then install again from the installable plugin list.

Did you update config files in abm menu and delete current bouquets before doing a rescan?

not sure if my provider order is set up properly. lot of the free sat hd channels aint working either..


is there anything i can check on signal finder to do give me an indication?

im using mgcam 1.38 should i try 135

Provider does not have anything to do with freesat channels as you dont need a line.
check with kingofsat that offline channels have the correct data.

stay with mg 1.38

ok got a test line and that is working fine so looks like provider issue.

original provider is not getting back despite it being a professional forum/outlet - a bit weird

the test i have is working fine and cheaper...

Anyone getting random blackness on channels today, i have found whilst watching something mainly on sat, the channel goes black, its ok once i hit the button and the channel again, never came across this before, wondering if anyone knows what causes this.
