At least one person is dead and more than a dozen were hurt after a private tour bus smashed into an overhang at Miami International Airport Saturday morning with 32 people aboard.
Rescue crews at the scene said 31 people aboard the bus were taken to the hospital. One person, said not to be the driver, died at the scene.
Crews said the bus was approaching the arrival area to apparently drop passengers off when it moved into an area without enough clearance, and struck the airport building.
The accident happened before 8 am, when traffic is low at the airport on a weekend, and nobody else appeared to have been hurt.
The area where the accident happened was closed while police investigated.
The name of the tour bus company was not immediately known.
