Autoupdate screen - can't exit from screen and not updating.

I am trying to use my Mag 256 for the first time. I have gone into Software Update, its set to Autoupdate. But the thing is it says under "Update Status", that its "Erasing flash section". But its taking forever, its taken over an hour and a half and its only reached 4%. This Software Autoupdate screen says the Current Version is 0, and the New Version is 220.

Also I can't even exit out of Software Autoupdate screen now back to the main menu. Anyone know what's going on?

Take out your earth net wire than go sitting turn off auto update
