Backing up image on H2S

Hi i am trying to back up my image that i have on my H2S so i can put it onto another box for the same settings, i tried using filezilla but i could not find the folder to copy, where is this stored?
Is it just a case then of removing my line, copy and paste onto my PC, change the zgemma folder from noforce to force, upload to new box via usb?

Remove your line first
when backing up it will ask if you want it on HDD or sd.
dont forget to copy the settings too

Then formate a usb to fat32 drag the zgemma file over to usb
turn off new box at the rear
plug in usb in rear
turn on
press the front power button twice until it says flash
then leave it


as for the setting
copy it to a usb or ftp it to one on of the drives
go on to the menu and go to restore system settings


copy new line to new box

Is it better to do backup from box itself, unplug hdd and usb and put in fresh usb for my backup that i can keep safe, go to vix, is it back up manager or image manager?
Can this all not be done through filezilla?

Don't think it makes a difference personal preference really
I like doing it the way I listed. I'm sure it all ends up the same
