Hi folks first time poster, and not a technophobe.
Our 5000s is coming up with scrambled service on the premium channels, contacted the guy who installed it and provided the code.
He wasn't at all really interested, said to check 9991, that works, reset BT home and can see the blade box connected in there.
After this I spoke to him again and he said that the Blade 5000s is now not compatible with the server and need to upgrade to a Blade 8000s combo.
Does this ring true to you guys? Or if you have any other advice that could help I'd be grateful.
