Bravia Android TV Help

Hi guys,

I have a Sony Bravia Android TV for the best part of 18 months and have been able to load a vpn and watch my sub with no issues. The last couple of months though when I turn the vpn on it causes the tv to reboot. Does anyone know if this is a new anti-piracy measure, as it doesnt matter if I use the PIA app or OpenVPN it just reboots every ten minutes and only happens when the vpn is turned on.

I do receive you are disconnected from ethernet/wifi errors popping up every now and again even when the vpn is turned off. But I've had a new network card installed by the local sony service centre and that still happens. Could it be the sly router maybe dropping the connection?

Could be mate have you tried a reboot 9f router to clear cache same with TV turn off TV and then at power for about 5 mins then try

Cheers I'll give it a go. If that fails do you know if any iptv providers have a service with server side vpn?
