Bt smart hubsettings

Hi people

I currently have the new bt smart hub and it seems i either have all my channels working or all dead one week later is their any settings i need to change on the HUB? i have a F3 box

Make sure smart setup is disabled

im such a **** because i was on advanced settings the smart setup option wasnt there durrr clicked home its there :(
