BT sport xtra 'HD' on VM?

Is there a way on ABM for VM to get BT sports xtra HD channels in the favourites. I can see the SD channels but not the HD ones. Can you get the HD ones on VM?

I don't get BT Sport extra channels in HD on cable. does anybody else get them?

No mate not in HD here either.

I guess you have to have a BT tv sub to gain the hd side, along with their '4k tv box'
