BT sports freezing on whoosh build

Hi have a zgemma h.2s and a zgemma h.s I have open in on the h.2s and whoosh build on the h.s. My issue is that by sports is freezing every 10 secs or so on the whoosh build box (h.s)

this is only seems to happen on BT Sports ( not sly sports) and only on the h.s box, has anyone else had this issue?

any ideas I.e. USB stick etc?

Mine was fine until early second half,disappeared for 5 mins then reloaded thro sky1 and was fine thereafter

I'm guessing it's a server provider rather than the the box image
