All other channels work except BT Sport 1, it says invalid program search again

I have updated to the latest channel list, still says the same thing

ok on factory settings, highlight blue, then ok to confirm. This will wipe any old channel data, now either upgrade over the network or via usb... that might help depending on how many times you've updated your box before
