Hi guys, a friend of mine has a DM500s box and he has recently lost all of his BT Sport channels.

I have had a quick look and re scanned his box but i do not really know how the DM boxes work.

Anyone else had this problem and how did they fix it??

go to autbouquet it does it for you everytime theres a frequency change do that it only takes a min or so.

on your remote:

Press - BLUE - AutoBouquets 28.2E
 
Hi zee24, i tried that and it is picking up the channels but when you try and view the channel is comes up with an error message.
 
I'm also having the same problem with my lost my bt sport 1 still got Bt sport 2 an also lost setanta sports 1 an Ireland tried the blue button but not getting autoBouquets option when pressing the blue button? Any other ways to check thanks in advance
 
I lost these sports chanels today but followed the instructions as given by Zee24 then reebooted my box and got it up and running again......thanks for your info Zee24
