cant flash cloud ibox II plus arrrggghhhh any ideas please

Hi there, anybody got a good image for this as everyone i try will not flash to box

i have tried bootloader but still will not work sticks on LOAD

I had one like that it was se version and no way of knowing only way was piece of paper in box saying flash with se version i was flashing with icloud 2 version

was using wrong stick but now got it to flash buts sticks on boot when complete !
