I've downloaded FileZilla, all I get from that is you appear to be behind a NAT router please configure passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router. You can put the line in using filezilla from the laptop, log into the box and navigate to usr/keys folder and paste the CWS line into newcamd.list file, then close it.
Then restart the softcam in softcam panel
You can't be using openatv 6.1 vix image, openatv and vix are different images
Switch the router off at the wallI've downloaded FileZilla, all I get from that is you appear to be behind a NAT router please configure passive mode settings and forward a range of ports in your router.
Doing my nut in this
Did that mate,it's definitely saved the settings but saying the same thing on my laptop when I try to connect FileZillaSwitch the router off at the wall
then change nameserver settings on the box
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>nameserver settings
change namerserver1 to 8.8.8.8
change nameserver 2 to 8.8.4.4
press green to save
then put box into standby, reboot both box and router
when fully rebooted, go back to
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>nameserver settings and check that the above DNS have saved correctly
the box should then connect to internet and you can use filezilla
