insert usb go menu tools upgrade by usb, select misc files in upgrade mode,then select and upgrade select file then hit yellow button, exit shut down and restart box
if you want to copy existing same as above just use dump to usb, but there has been a new channle list put up for upto date listing and channle freq Aj,s or cwaits list ,ajs worked better for me
