Channel numbers changed

Need a bit of help. Sky sports 1 is now channel 592 and bbc 1 is now 291. Jow can i get this back to normal. Thanks again!

one reason i use vix and abm as it sorts itself out when things move which they do quite a lot,i noticed you pic says all channels which includes hd and sd
is their a favourites list in sd only?
