this recipe i made my self but its well worth a try its healthy and good enough to eat every day
you will need
400g of chicken breast
1 red 1 green 1 orange or yellow pepper its up to you
1 large onion
1 garlic
3 chicken stocks
some black pepper and salt
get yourself a large pot chop up the chicken put in pot on medium heat with about a cup of water for about 15 min with lid on stirring every 5 min crush garlic and finely chop the onion and add as chicken is cooking this locks the taste in add about 3 chicken stocks finely chop the peppers and add them add more water let cook for about an hour and enjoy
i dont know what this dish is called because i made it trying to make something els but you should give it a try very tasty :cheesy grin:
