Cloud ibox ii plus stuck on boot after reflash !! Arrrggghhh

Hi all,

Trying to sort a friends box out and the box reflashed ok with sucmnsee oh so i thought !

After restart (done) box now sticks on BOOT with vix boot screen ?

Any ideas please !
