clueless!!

Hi all newbie here!! I think im in the right thread!!
im living in new zealand and when my folks came over for a holiday from the uk they left me a zgemma h.2s box and all was working fine!! No sky only connected to interweb
Now a month later its not showing any channels, the epg is working and updates but no picture. Shows 0% snr. Running a wooshbuild(whatever that means) !!!
Subscription run out??
I have no idea where to start!!
Do i just need a new script??
Any help appreciated

it looks like you need a new iptv subscription, ask in the iptv request thread, take plenty of 24 hour tests before commiting to buy anything and even then, just take short subs, 1 - 3 months until you are confident you are with a good supplier:

Read up on the advice we give when looking for a supplier.
New members can easily be taken in by offers of service which then turn out to be not so good !
